Castles in Clay County

Stayed here at the last minute after the wifi in the hotel I was staying stopped working properly. WiFi here allowed me to carry on my business with no problems and even had an area in the lobby where I could print off anything I needed. The complimentary breakfast was far superior to other ‘free’ breakfasts that I’ve had previously. Will definitely be coming back here again when I’m in the area.

Very clean and good breakfast

We couldn’t fault this hotel one bit. It was modern & stylish with an engaging & fun reception area (complete with complimentary pool table) & the design & functionality of our room was both practical & tasteful in equal measure. I want to make special mention of the young man at reception (Chase), who helped to make our stay even more ‘homely & enjoyable’. He was so polite, informative, helpful & friendly and was the perfect fit for this role. You are so lucky to have someone of his...

Great staff helped us out a lot. Good hot breakfast. Shame that the pool seems to be perpetually in the shade

Awesome experience

Fantastic staff & very comfortable. No kitchen team so no dining options was the only challenge.

We were travelling and the hotel was an ideal stop over. Clean convenient and well priced

Could not fault 10/10

Complimentary breakfast which was very good, happy hour in the afternoon - wine and nibbles, the view from the room was amazing & the staff were very pleasant.

This reminds us of true US the touches of authenticity like the rocking chairs on the porch

Great hotel, next time i am in Jacksonville i will definitely use this hotel.

Staff were really helpful and friendly, room was big, clean and with L’Occitane toiletries and a Nespresso machine. Lovely hotel.
