I was appalled with the height of the shower head. I was in an accessible room for a walk in shower since I don't do well stepping over into and out of a tub. The shower fixture was placed where the ceiling and wall met (easily 6.5-7 ft high) which caused me to have to stand on my tip toes to reach the shower head to move it as it was shoved over toward the side of the shower wall (so water wouldn't splash out). If I had been in a wheelchair, I'd have not gotten to shower without getting re-dressed and calling the front desk then waiting for assistance and considering I arrived around 9pm I wouldn't have been very happy to have to do all that. The shower pan was plastic and has seen better days as it was stained and looked dirty, probably from hard water but it didn't look nice. I found a left over dirty sock stuck under the wheel of the ottoman also. If housekeeping was vacuuming the whole floor, it should've been caught when they tried to roll the ottoman out of the way to vaccuum under it. The staff was great though. I did not utilize the free breakfast but they had an ample selection of drinks and frozen food to purchase. The hotel was quiet and I felt safe. There's a bar & grill so close by that they will deliver to your room. It has outdoor seating and a huge ground chess board with large chess pieces for fun. I probably wouldn't stay here again due to the cleanliness and accessibility issues but non-accessible rooms might be right for you.
