"This hotel reeks of smoke and has bedbugs! We spent 2 hrs in ER getting treatment for bedbugs after staying there. The rm had burned out light bulbs and the TV did not work. Worst hotel we ever stayed in. My husband has trouble walking and all rooms require stairs on all floors. Also there was no closet or even hooks on the wall. The room for breakfast also reeked of smoke and we could not eat there."

"We ended up leaving and losing all our money as the hotel would not refund us. There were dead bugs all over the room, the sheets were thread bare and looked extremely old and unsanitary. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls, the ceiling had prior water damage and was cracked and peeling as well. The carpet was stained… overall the building was in extreme disrepair. None of us felt comfortable laying down on the beds or setting our belonging on the floor. "

"This hotel was closed with doors locked and chained shut. They should have removed the ability to book through 3rd party. Very disappointing as I booked almost 2 hours before my arrival and was then forced to drive another hour. Chat was not helpful in getting this resolved."
