"I cannot say that the stay was good because on the day of arrival the A/C was not working, and they did not send me a technician until the following day. The heat was unbearable, and I had to sleep like that. They sent the technician the next day. I also noticed on two occasions that there were cockroaches in the garage and in one of the bathrooms."

"First of all, the grass was not mowed. The whole yard looked terrible and was full of weeds. The garage was small and there were huge empty boxes in the way. We had to rearrange them to get the two smallest cars in there. There is a camera in the garage that we were not told about. The noses were from new patio furniture. The refrigerator leaked and barely cooled and the freezer did not freeze well enough as to where a bag of ice was melting in it. The home is very sparsely furnished. One couch...

"We would absolutely come back here! Great proximity to the beach and downtown St. Augustine. We loved having the pool right there and plenty of things to do."
