"I had stayed here before and knew it was a bare bones place to stay. This time our room smelled of cigarette smell. There was a hole in the ceiling in the bathroom. The bed was okay but there were stains on the carpet."

"Our first clue that there were problems is that our bedroom door wouldn’t open. My husband called the staff and she had to throw her whole body weight against the door to get it open! There was just one door lock and the 2nd normal latch was missing. The shampoo was half empty so obviously the cleaning was not properly done.
