"When we arrived the elevator was broken and I felt that some token accommodation should've been offered. The weekend desk managers seemed young and a little clueless, certainly for people in the "hospitality" industry to say nothing of a hotel of this caliber. The magnified mirror in the bathroom was broken and no great effort was made to fix it. Not a bad experience but not a great one."
