"Great property, clean, comfortable and best of all with great orientation to see the Auroras. Breakfast was a bit minimalistic (frozen items in the cabin’s fridge). Felt awkward not to ever meet any Staff at the lobby but they were always quick to answer email or phone. We recommend it !"

"Driver pick me up at the airport, it's a huge resort with plenty of rooms. Surprisingly, the room is too big for single traveler, at the beginning i was scared because I check in at midnight.  In the morning, when I open the window,  I feel so happy, feel like dreaming, a big windows in the leaving rooms over looking to the park which all the trees turn white because of showing . 42 inch flat tv in leaving room, 32 inch in the bedroom, huge set of sofa seat, dining table and kitchen...

"The room was half cleaned , sheets and towel only changed, I have doubts that they clean really. 3 box of pizzas which including pizzaz in it , from previous guests was there, previous guests keyes was on counter, after several follow up i was able to get a refund of 45 $ , i am waiting to get it, they told it takes 10 days. I paid 150$ for one night, we checked in at 3 AM and check out at 9AM. Breakfast was bad also, "

"The location is convenient, close to the town, shops and restaurants. The room is clean and appears well maintained. However, the carpet and wall in the public area, such as hallway and dining area, is quite old and need to be replaced or repainted. The elevator is squeaky and needs to be maintained and lubricated. However, the staff is friendly and helpful."

"The room is very nice and spacious, but the TV was not watchable (very bad streaming, on every channel) and at noon time there was no hot water to shower, you would have to wait until later in the afternoon. As to the property, the convenience store/coffee shop was closed for renovation the entire time we were there, and the only open restaurant post-breakfast had no creamer for the coffee. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because it was supposed to have these amenities, we did not...

"Billie’s lived up to our expectations and more! My teenage daughter and I spent one night and loved it. Billie is kind and inviting. The hostel/house feels cozy and filled with history and memories. I was hoping to see the Aurora and managed to see a ribbon of dancing green lights right outside the hostel. There’s a wonderful cafe less than five minutes away. :)"

"The apartment was comfortable with all the necessary essentials of home. A quiet neighborhood and easy access to the apartment with a coded key lock system. The view to the beautiful backyard was a plus. Access to Wi-Fi was easy and fast with no disturbance. We enjoyed our stay. "

"Older property in residential neighborhood. We stayed 7 nights. There was no full breakfast as advertised or the reviews indicated. It was not even a continental breakfast quality. Nothing hot, just cold cereal. The owners family had a medical situation and was gone. The staff brought in to help does not cook. I've made 2 attempts to contact and ask for a partial refund to cover the $45 breakfast we had to get elsewhere. "

"Nice people but the property is in poor condition. Floors dirty, other guest stuff under the bed. People were Smoking in the building smell was very strong. Parking did have an outlet to plug in our vehicle that was great. "

"Room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly when I checked in. The property looked pretty shabby, and honestly there was dog poop everywhere. I get it, its frozen, but still. Also, I thought there was free breakfast, according to when I booked it, and I never heard about it, smelled it and could find it. Overall, location was convenient, room was nice enough, but I would go somewhere else."
