"Great property, clean, comfortable and best of all with great orientation to see the Auroras. Breakfast was a bit minimalistic (frozen items in the cabin’s fridge). Felt awkward not to ever meet any Staff at the lobby but they were always quick to answer email or phone. We recommend it !"

"The photos of rooms on Expedia are very deceiving. There is a nice, upgraded side that they advertise and then a rundown, old, dirty, tiny room side that they do not advertise. The floors were gross, the beds were so close to the tv table, there was hardly any room to walk and there was no where else to sit but the beds. On top of all that, the Westmark Fairbanks now charges for parking. I do not recommend this hotel."

"The rooms were hot, air conditioning did not work. Key did not work on door, two different key sets. They moved us to another room. We are traveling with a group of 14. All rooms were hot. It is unfortunate that the property was not in great working order at the beginning of the season. They had plenty of time to make things right before they opened."

"The office is pretty hidden not much signs. Place looks weird the old man who gave us key wasn’t really helpful didn’t really explain much on amenities or anything at all I think he just wanted to go back to sleep we arrived @3am. Rooms are dirty we had to buy our cleaning supplies to clean it up more, we stayed at property next to Napa store. I asked the boss of cleaning if I can get towels and she said she didn’t have any so it’s pointless to b on the property. Staff wasn’t helpful at all ."

"Driver pick me up at the airport, it's a huge resort with plenty of rooms. Surprisingly, the room is too big for single traveler, at the beginning i was scared because I check in at midnight.  In the morning, when I open the window,  I feel so happy, feel like dreaming, a big windows in the leaving rooms over looking to the park which all the trees turn white because of showing . 42 inch flat tv in leaving room, 32 inch in the bedroom, huge set of sofa seat, dining table and kitchen...

"A bit of an odd or quirky property. Room felt a tiny bit dusty or something. Dining room for breakfast was beautiful. Breakfast was awesome! All kinds of quirky little elements to explore to the hotel. If you buy the wristband for the reindeer next door, just know you can’t go in their pen. You just go up to the fence and they don’t really come to the fence. But still cool! But I probably would’ve gone to a reindeer farm or did a ‘walk with reindeer’s’ type thing instead."

"The apartment was comfortable with all the necessary essentials of home. A quiet neighborhood and easy access to the apartment with a coded key lock system. The view to the beautiful backyard was a plus. Access to Wi-Fi was easy and fast with no disturbance. We enjoyed our stay. "

"People were great, hotel was clean. They put me in a room right next to lobby and as I didn’t get there until 1am I was very tired. Whatever is above that room it was really noisy. Other than that, it was great"
