"0.05 miles from Bell Rock Parking. From room 222 you could see the bell from the window. Refrigerator also includes a freezer. Would highly recommend the hotel. Val was especially helpful on check in. Big Park Bakery across the street. Enjoyed a horchata coffee and an olive tapenade croissant. Only issue was the breakfast. Would have liked some cereal and toast. Great value, location away from the Sedona crowds. "

"The property was nice. We visited 2 different hot tubs and pools, and also did laundry while there which was a nice thing to be able to do. The room was nice and even for a studio, had enough space for two of us. The walls were a little thin and we could hear the people next to us a bit too much early in the morning. Other than that, it was all good and I would stay there again"

"Sound proofing was not great, you can here everything, from people walking, talking or using the washroom and shower. "

"Mattress unfortunately very uncomfortable, no outlets for chargers, or coffee maker, no fridge, room. Towel rack above toilet, and towel fell into toilet without assistance "

"It was a really nice place, BUT…. The room smelled like old cigarette smoke. It was so bad that after we left, our bags and clothes smelled like smoke for days. We finally had to go to a laundromat and wash EVERYTHING that went into the room with us. Total bummer."
