"I had to leave because the room was filthy and falling apart. The first room we went to has a hole the size of a human in the ceiling and was filthy. The toilet was broken and didn't have a toilet seat. They put us in another room where the front windows was smashed and taped back together. The smell of smoke and mold was so terrible I didn't want my 9 year old son to even sit in the room. We asked for a refund because the rooms were inhabitable for humans and honestly wouldn't keep my dogs in...

"Good accommodation in great location. Room with lake veiw balcony was great. Some parts of room and hotel looking a bit dated. Had to ask for sofa bed to be made up, even though we had booked for 3 adults. Breakfast area very busy at weekend. Overall we had a good stay and would recommend."

"It was a great stay. Staff were very accommodating to my late check in and the room was very clean and up to date. One thing I was a little disappointed was the television was not working, tho I do believe if I were to have asked for assistance it would have been fixed."

"Amazing waterfront and place"

"Booked queen beds, got doubles instead. Woke up in the morning to a room full of aunts, literally hundreds all over the desk and wall. The "Fitness Room" was probably the worst I have seen. Almost everything was damaged, broken and such poor quality it was useless. The "Breakfast" was cereal, toast, bananas, yogurt, and week coffee. Avoid the place at all costs. The hotel is one step above a run down dump."

"We only stayed one night as a stop on a journey. We were pleasantly surprised that a continental breakfast was included although we did not use it as we had other breakfast plans. The room was clean but a bit dated. They did note they were in the midst of a renovation so I am sure things will be great when that is done. The deodorizer they sprayed was a bit too pungent but I noted that to them. All in all a fine stay."
