"If it weren’t for the kindness of the host, who accommodated us for an early check-in and late checkout, I would’ve given this zero stars. It’s totally rundown, looks like it hasn’t been power washed in 20 years, as soon as you walk up it smells like mold. The listing doesn’t tell you that it’s on a main street. "Casino is clean but the rooms are pretty old. Stained carpets and chairs. Stains on the carpet in the elevator. Had noisy neighbors and the walls are pretty thin. They kept me up and then after finally getting to sleep they woke me up again at 4:00 am. We used to stop here a few times each year. Receiving a few free nights but mostly lay off coupons. "Clean room and linens. Table and chairs were nice touch for eating in. Shower was rather small and could probably use an update. A light in the area with the fridge/microwave would have been helpful. Would definitely stay again. Santana's next door was great for breakfast as well as the Shoreline Cafe. TNT on the Lake Bar & Grill was great as a dinner option."

"We needed a place to stay for one night while visiting for a graduation. We found the Regency to be clean and neat but very basic which suited our needs. It was close to restaurants and a grocery store. It worked fine for a short term stay. The rooms are old and could use an upgrade. The carpet needs to be replaced, but the price was right."

For me I could do this physically just a bit of sweat but for some older and unfit individual this could be a problem. 1.
