"Great breakfast!"

"Unusable WiFi because it so slow. This is 2026, not 2010. The mattresses are decent, but the box springs sound like their coils were made during the Victorian era. There is an off and on again pipe knocking sound that radiates from the fan in the shower area. I assumed this is from hot water in pipes going to other rooms, but it’s loud and super annoying when trying to sleep. This went on all night so maybe it’s not hot water pipes. TV interface and remote control are galactically stupid. Wasn’t even worth the effort. Walls are paper thin. If someone has kids within two rooms of you, you’ll hear them. And now, after one night, my wife and I know exactly how Tracy in room 223 feels about her whole family after talking with her sister for two hours. The LED bulbs in every socket are an awful blazing blue/white. You’ll feel like a lab experiment. The shower (no tub) is very slick in the middle and a safety hazard. Sink is outside the toilet/shower area so one has to handle the door before washing hands. The rooms are not carpeted. They’re fake plastic hardwood, cold to walk on, slick while wearing socks, “pop” in areas where they’re not flush to subfloor and makes for an echoey room. Hotel is next to the airport. But even that noise wasn’t as annoying as Tracy’s mouth through the wall. The front desk staff was fast and friendly. A+ to them. The breakfast buffet was well stocked. But those were the only positives. I’m never staying at a Sleep Inn again. "

"Hotel was open during renovations. We were not aware ahead of time or we would not have booked. We had to put up with noise, paint smell and wet walls, plaster and tile dust, disruptions of walkways and construction dirt in elevators and common areas. We are longtime IHG members. We were not greeted as such and our specs when booking (higher floor extra pillows) was not even acknowledged. We were given a room on the first floor steps away from the outside door where contractors were going in and out. The room itself had a bathroom with rust in tub and on walls and dirt closet trim. The 2nd night we entered room to find a gecko running around the ceiling, We called the desk and Jake came and tried to capture it but instead in ran under the bed! We would not stay and sleep with it running around. Jake was the best. He moved us to a 4th floor room and got a rollaway for our grandson bc that room only had one bed. The breakfast area had the new coffee system. People who did not know how to use it, spill coffee all over and it stayed there not cleaned up for quite a while. Tables were sticky and not wiped. Aside from the stellar attention given to us by Jake during his shift, stay was very disappointing! Despite leaving a tip for housekeeping and not being pigs we had to seek out and ask for our room to be done. I believe this hotel needs organizing and management as staff was gathered in empty room while we were searching for towels and to get room done. Not 1st stay,but last!"

"Their so called airport shuttle only runs 8am-3 pm. Did not help us at all. Had to Uber. Actually never saw the shuttle van move the 2 days we were there. We got a suite because it had a pull out sofa bed and then we each had our own bed. NOT!! The sofa bed had an old boxspring style mattress that my dog would not be comfortable on!! It was like laying on metal springs. It was sooo bad we actually started laughing. Hotel did the job....but it does need some updating to the rooms."

"Decor very dated. Room poorly lit. Television offered only old, reruns. No primary channels . Steps leading to upstairs rooms did not feel safe. Breakfast was adequate. "

"Check in was AMAZING - Linda was checking us in (and we arrived well into the evening) was so thorough and helpful. The room was good. Location was amazing for easy access to the game and a centralized location. I would say the only things that made me give less than 5 stars was that we were asked if we wanted daily housekeeping and that didn’t happen. Our trash was not emptied once during our 3 night stay and towels only came once. We did go down to the desk and ask Linda for more towels and she was very accommodating. Overall a very good stay. "
