"Considering it's a low budget motel, it's pretty good. Holes in the comforter and sheets had some tears, but seriously, when I say low budget motel, that's what this is, drug dealers and all. In terms of the Ritz? 1 star. In terms of low budget motels, the only reason it's not 5 stars is because they had a sign posted stating that they charged $30/night for service dogs which is illegal.
