"Only good thing about the hotel is the location. The hotel is in disrepair with holes in the lobby ceiling, the hallways had an odor, and floors were not clean."

My kid had an accident in the bed which did not hurt the bed and they are charging me 250.00 dollars for having to change the sheets which a hotel is supposed to do anyway and im trying to get my 250 back because thats just ridiculous accidents happen especially with children!! "Room was used for what its intended for. Just needed to rest our heads n get ready for airport. Desk agent was cordial. Parking was convenient. Air conditioning worked, it took away what the Room smelled of stewing. We git air freshners. Room was ok after. Bathroom light did not work. Breakfast consisted of frozen pastry thawed, coffee n juice dispensed at your leisure. At this day and age, we're thankful for anything complimentary."

"I have stayed here in the past and it was never this bad. I booked 2 rooms, one for my mom and another myself and my partner. Both rooms were dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke. Our fridge was leaking all over the floor and by morning we had a puddle from the fridge to the other side of the wall. In both rooms the shower experience was the WORST! Your only choices were scalding hot or freezing. Not to mention they canceled my expedia bookings I had booked in advance to get the cheaper rate...
