"Friendly staff. Room had a window seat with a gorgeous view."

"I was not impressed with breakfast. I was expecting scrambled eggs, bacon options. The typical American breakfast. Otherwise decent enough stay. The fitness center was disappointing as it was not onsite. We were there for a graduation nearby. We did walk around town and that was nice."

"Hairdryer only operated on low. Elevator was questionable. It jerked and often landed lower than the floor creating a step & possible tripping hazard. Front desk gentleman was alone and very busy, but went above and beyond to offer help if needed. He was very apologetic about the wait checking in even though we were not overly concerned."

"Checking was to be after 3:00 I waited for an hour for my room to be ready — 4:00 and the room was freezing and the windows could not be opened I wanted an accessible room — I got what they call accessible but the shower was in the tub — there is no way I could get into or out of the shower himself and I was traveling alone I finally turned the heat on to warm up the room even though it was 88 degrees outside I changed motels after one night"

"My overall day was good. The room I stayed in the tub function wasn’t working and the microwave was goofy to use. Breakfast was OK, a standard buffet breakfast. I do wish they had waffles instead of pancakes though. The staff was very helpful and the place isn’t too far from the mall and I-70. Once you get past St. Clairsville, the whole area has a Silent Hill vibe so make sure you have your GPS AND/or good phone coverage so you won’t get lost at night time which is very easy to do since for the...

"I booked a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. Did not get a sofa bed in the room. Went to breakfast at 8:15 and there were mostly empty containers. This was not the fault of the employee. She was trying to keep the food stocked, tables clean, and run the front desk. She was stretched was too thin. We have stayed at this hotel many times to go shopping, not sure if I will book this hotel again."

"The desk assistant, Her name is Faith was very kind to us. The room was quiet and clean. Everyone including Vivian and who was being trained by the that nice man served us a hardy breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. We made reservations for next July. Great place to stay."

"For the price, this was a GREAT hotel. Conveniently located right off the highway with plenty of choices for food. Mattresses were comfortable. Pillows were plentiful. The air conditioning was pumping out nice chilly air when the outdoor heat was a hundred degrees. And the free breakfast buffet was freshly made with hot eggs and sausage, good coffee, and plenty of fresh fruit, juice, and muffins. I would definitely stay here again if I were on the road an needed a safe, quiet, and comfortable...

"The room itself was clean. I did not care for the amount of grills sitting outside of other rooms and the amount of people hanging out outside of our room. Kids were running up and down outside of our room until late and started back up at 6 AM."
