Excellent choice at this price range! The room was big, clean and warm. wifi worked great, the bathroom had a bathtub (loved it!) and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was no refrigerator or tea/coffee in the room, but there was a coffee machine ($€) in the lobby and a microwave (!, which was absolutely great!). The location is mostly quiet (except for some loud boys gathering on a street one evening) and I mostly didn’t hear other guests „coughing“. Highly recommend overall!

Friendly and welcoming staff on the desk at check in. The room was small and basic but very clean and the bed was comfortable. The best part was that it had air conditioning which is invaluable during the heat wave! Close to the train station and a nice walk to the local sites. I love visiting Clermont-Ferrand and will stay here at this hotel again.

Location near station is fantastic and staff wonderful and friendly. However, the lack of facilities and trying to make a buck was terrible - no kettles in room, a lovely lobby area with tea/coffee that could have been a huge positive but instead there is a charge for any beverage (self made tea and coffee from an old machine) - make it free and create a nice welcoming area for guests to gather, rather than an opportunity to make a buck.

Hôtel très bien rapport qualité prix avec personnel très accueillant et professionnel (de l’accueil aux femmes de ménage). Petit déjeuner en extérieur à l’ombre mais trop peu de choix (pas de yaourts, pas de fruits, pas de fruits secs, mini fromage , seulement jambon de dinde en charcuterie (au pays de la charcuterie et du fromage quand même ils y a abus!)et produits de piètre qualité. Au regard du prix du petit dej (15€/pers), je ne recommande pas du tout.

Personnel au petit soins avec les clients. Il (elle) m'ont apportees des reponses a mon sejours (activitees touristique a faire etc...). Mais la femme de menage m'etait une seul grande serviette dans la chambre, il fallais que je reclame au personnel une deuxieme serviette le soir.
