And you can’t talk to someone when the phone is disconnected. I was on the phone with hotels.com service for 1 1/2 hours trying to get to my stay. I had to pay for another hotel just to have a place to stay. Over a week and still no refund!"

"The townhouse was nice, parking was great and there was a ring camera outside the door I guess to see the coming and going of traffic. The townhouse was like two miles back in the back of some homes in a subdivision. They gave a phone number and email in case you needed to contact them. Well the first night I was awaken in my sleep multiple times through out the night. The sound came from the bathroom it sounded like a scream I jumped up thinking it was one of my kids because there is a bedroom...
