"Breakfast was a madhouse and was never replenished, hotel offered outside guests breakfast for a fee, and could not keep up with enough food. Ran out of ketchup for days and never replenished. Bathroom doorhandle disconnected from the inside of the bathroom in room 1201 and locked me in, someone in the room had to open-but what if I was alone? who knows...... pool towels were threadbare and small. Coffee was great, and each cup was fresh ground from beans. little messy with sticky tables, sticky floors. Watch out for the people in lobby trying to sell timeshare! Other guests were loud. Trash overflowing and kept up on. Trash bins in stairwell stunk bad, but we like using stairs instead of elevator. % pools are NOT on property site. THis in inside a resort and you CAN use the resorts pools but they are walking distance or use golf carts, very crowded."
