"Good place to sleep, very quiet and property well kept however absolutely needs work and updates. Nothing fancy. Breakfast was great. Ice machine and laundry room were being worked on while we stayed. Not impressed that our rooms were right beside the noise as there were other rooms available. Also we didn't have an electrical outlet in our bathroom and the light was broken but a little jiggle made it work. Little kitchen with hot plate but only 1 spoon available as a utensil..safe and quiet...

"Excellently located for Boston College. Stayed 5 nights and on 2 nights my room wasn’t serviced , this was disappointing. The view pass and the railcards are a nice touch. Breakfast was fine but would have expected more choice for the cost. This is a very expensive hotel and I’d think twice about coming again. The staff are absolutely lovely, friendly and helpful."

"This hotel was conveniently located but everything else was a bit of a nightmare. You have to ride an elevator to check in, then a different elevator to your room. The room was like a dorm or ship's berth and exactly as wide as the bed is long. The bathroom sink is in the room and you walk between it and the shower whenever you enter/leave the room. "No notice upfront that the pool needed to be booked in advance for 2 hour time slots. By the time we checked in there was no availability. Mostly booked the hotel for the pool so it was a bit discouraging. The rest of the hotel was very clean and nice!"
