Staff and valet were terrible, not helpful and valet took an hr to get my car. No help when asking for management, staff found funny and wouldn't provide me with management contact

Hotel Cleveland, Autograph Collection
Every single person I dealt with that worked for the hotel was a delight! They seem to really enjoy their job and they made me feel very comfortable. Strongly recommend this hotel definitely will stay again.

Kimpton Schofield Hotel by IHG
Staff was amazing and always love staying at this hotel. We got an ADA room; something should be improved to control the shower water: perhaps a floor squeegee to keep it dry and prevent slipping.
