"Unfortunately, I don't think the carpets have been vacuumed in a long while. The pool and pool area were spotless and very nice."

"room was clean. I liked the walk-in shower with the entry grab bar. TV worked ok. . The air conditionaer needed to be serviced. It was so noisy at times I had to turn it off... then of course the room heated up. I suggest you WASH all windows inside and out. that would have given me pleasant view of Forman Park, Breakfast was fine , substantial. Ate there both days. Biggest issue for me was the parking situation. especially for someone who is handicapped. If you can fix this, it would be a BIG impact on your business and repeat users."
