The room was excellent, the bathroom was very nice, it was the only place that there was a trash can. The only thing that I would recommend is a trash can in the room. Otherwise it was just great!

We had an 11:30 PM check-in, and unfortunately the experience went downhill from the start. The front desk associate provided keys but seemed distracted, as she was engaged in another conversation. Hotel Indigo Cleveland Downtown by IHG
We got the breakfast vouchers, and the food was amazing! The server, Chantel, was exceptional! The late night front desk woman was also amazing as well. We loved our room, it was very clean and convenient. The cleaning staff were really nice as well. I would stay there again.

Holiday Inn Cleveland Clinic by IHG
Had no soap in the shower. Had to ask for clean towels and wash clothes. Breakfast was way over priced. Was very disappointed. Our family was in town for a family emergency and the stay did not help.
