There was old food on the microwave. The bathroom sliding door was really hard to open The staff in the restaurant could have been a little nicer

Hilton Cleveland Downtown
Staff were unbelievably friendly and made us feel welcome. Valet and bell hop service were fantastic. This is a great spot to stay, no question. We will be back.
