Good clean room, however, the widow faced the airport elevator which is all glass. No privacy! Also, there was no hot water in the morning and couldn't take a shower before the flight. All being said, a very convenient option for an early morning flight.

Great location within terminal so no taxi necessary and free rail transfer within Heathrow between terminals. Very comfortable and quiet room. Nice bar and restaurant and good price.
