"My Husband and I stayed here for 2 days while we were in Rhode Island for a surgery. The night of his surgery there was a water leak in our bathroom ceiling. I had to pack up all of our stuff and my husband when he should not have been moving around to switch rooms. "No early check in unless IHG member. Was told by staff several times that I couldnt get an early check in "because I booked through expedia". Hotel is fine but wouldn't stay again. Inside feels outdated and seems a little dark/gloomy with gray hallways and one elevator at far end of hotel (opposite far end from check in desk & past many rooms) which felt very uncomfortable walking that far to check in with young children. "The room was excellent and clean, the staff were lovely - the front desk my first night was so helpful and went above and beyond. Each time I went to the front desk the rest of my stay they were so wonderful. Room service was phenomenal, and the gentleman who brought my food up remembered me when he saw me in the restaurant the next day. The service was impeccable. And the food at the Crossings was delicious! "

"We spent 10 nights there and the gentleman who was in charge of the breakfast was wonderful! He never stopped and really worked to make sure everyone was happy. Especially on the 2 weekends we were there, it was busy!
