Love the seemless security, based on facial and car registration recognition. Rooms are wonderful - everything and more of what you need - my room had fridge, microwave, plates, cups, glasses, coffee machine (Nespresso and kettle) and everything you need to have a pleasant stay. The best thing about it were the people who looked after me and were beyond helpful before I arrived arranging my airport pick up, waiting for me when my baggage got lost and taking me back to the airport to collect it. "The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfasts are amazing with so much to choose from. Dinner in the restaurant is delicious and plentiful we had some lovely food. We only have one slight negative comment and that is the dim lighting in the bedroom, it might be an age thing of course but it didn’t spoil our few days at this very welcome home from home. "
