"For the price, the hotel isn’t terrible, but could definitely use some upgrading and maintenance. The elevator moved very slowly and was loud like it was struggling. The A/C in my room was very loud and barely blowing, and the ceilings in my room were cracked all the way around and down the middle. Property was clean overall, but definitely needs some work."

"The room initially looked fine. But then we noticed the dirty towels and that the trash hadn’t been emptied. It took a bit to get clean towels and there seemed to be no real care about the problem."

"This property was clean & our room was comfortable. The breakfast was a plus. Our only problem was we requested extra blankets after returning from dinner with the same woman we checked in with- heavy set older woman. She told us she was alone and would have to retrieve from housekeeping and would bring them later. 2 hrs later my husband went back to the desk to ask her about the blankets as we wanted to go to bed. The same woman again said she would have to go to housekeeping like she would be...

"For the amount of money that we paid they need to upgrade the hotel. Everything is all carpet is coming up in the homes and elevators was very small for $200"

"The hotel was overall nice and in a great location. The 2 things that really ruined the stay for me was waiting for the elevators and waiting for my car from valet service. There were 5 elevators, but it seemed like only 2 of them were working at the time. A large group of people and myself waited around 10mins for 1 elevator to finally appear. There needs to be better communication between the customer and the valet service they provide. I called the number provided to notify pick up....

"The staff were more engaged with their own conversations than actually welcoming me as a guest and focusing on my stay. It was especially striking because I was the only guest upon my arrival and the only guest at the buffet upon my arrival. When addressing me they rushed and then quickly returned to laughing and hanging out together"
