"Everything about our stay was very good. Lovely clean room with everything we needed. Large bath with very hot water . Kettle with tea, coffee , biscuits etc , hairdryer and iron. Dinner was good and the breakfasts were freshly prepared. We enjoyed our drinks in the bar and the prices were very reasonable. Staff Lovely and friendly, will certainly think of returning. "

"We have stayed there before and no problems The food is excellent and plenty of choice At first the bed was dirty but it was cleaned and changed straight away and the lovely lady who saw to it couldn't be more apologetic The swimming pool was very crowded and In my opinion should be governed as there were no staff around The grounds are really nice and pleasant The bar area and separate seating areas and very good and we sat and watched the cup final"

It’s in a great spot with easy access to the city centre, shops, restaurants, and public transport, making it convenient to explore Leeds on foot. It’s an excellent base. "A good value stay, nice room and a good breakfast. All staff helpful and friendly. Only space for 7 petrol cars (plus 2 EVs and 1 disabled space) directly on site. But enough free roadside parking and apparantly some other spaces in a site over the road. We were in the car park on night 1 and on the road on nights 2 & 3."
