"This hotel was a wonderful place to stay when we attended a concert in Saratoga. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We didn’t even know they ran a shuttle over to Saratoga—that was definitely an added plus! Property is clean and the breakfast had a nice variety of food and drinks. Highly recommend."

"We stayed at this hotel for two nights while driving from Canada with our family. One of the main reasons I chose this property was because Expedia advertised that it offered accessible bathrooms. My daughter has both physical and intellectual disabilities and uses a wheelchair, so having an accessible washroom was essential for our stay. "Convenient and clean hotel- very spacious room, perfect for families!"

"This property looks ok on the surface, but looking around after a few days, not as clean as other ING properties I have stayed in. Hall carpets dirty, lots of fingerprints everywhere. On the 4th day, I was greeted by what looked like a roach while getting out of the shower. Sent a photo to the management number and shared with them at checkout and the clerk acted like it was a usual occurrence. Property not near anything that would cause an increase in bugs naturally."
