"This was our third time in NY, but first time at this property & it was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. We are a family of 6: 2 adults with 4kids ranging from 3-16 years old. We chose the family room and it was more than perfect. The hotel room was spacious, the beds were very comfortable and cozy. The two restrooms came in handy with 6 of us in a room! The hot water for showers turned on almost immediately. We have stayed at a different hotel in NY before where it took about 15-20...

"All staff members were friendly and helpful at all times - front desk, Elijah, helped make checking in easy and effortless; Housekeeping staff were always pleasant and accommodating - since we always had the "Do Not Disturb" sign out, then would inquire as we left our room if we needed anything - even when other visitors left their food & trash spread out on the floor fronting elevators, the staff cleaned it immediately; Glad there were the Elevator Doormen who checked to make sure only guests...
