"Lady at breakfast was great , so friendly and good amount of option. Very outdated hotel, musky mold smell in room. Floor was uneven and fridge did not work well- more like a cooler. Pool and “ hot tub” very cold and hot tub did not have bubbles or anything was just cold water."

"This property needs some TLC. Toilet had a non matching lid, so it sat incorrectly. Bathroom floor had a divot in the tile. Renovated handicapped shower looked bad cosmetically. Not a functional problem but unsightly. The mini kitchen was just a few small appliances hidden in a closet, and if you opened the door to access, no one could get by to get to the bathroom. The coffee maker needs cleaning, it put deposits in the water when we boiled water for tea. Front desk seemed annoyed by simple requests including just the check in process. Breakfast was okay, a bit more limited than we are used to. Kids said the waffles were bitter. Pull out sofa bed mattress was very dated looking and thin. The other beds were fine. Quietness of the room was good. No problem with the AC unit. Housekeeping guy I met was friendly. I didn't use the pool but I looked at it and it looked clean. If I had paid $70/night I probably wouldn't complain about these issues, but I paid $187.85. I expect a clean, updated room with nothing broken or outdated for that price."

"Dirty bathroom, shower was not clean and had mold in the corners. Bed looked and smelled like it was made up with the sheets from the last guest and not changed. The room itself was dirty in appearance, went to the front desk and the agent was busy with other check-ins, spoke with the housekeeping manager, who said the room was just cleaned ( that was not true) There was only 1 bath towel and no toilet paper, the toilet had hairs on the rim of the bowl. Then.. the cockroach ! That was it, we just left. The reviews I had read before booking must have been written by the owners or their friends, they certainly didn't fit the property at all. TV was unwatchable as well, there was a whole section of burned out pixels down the screen. None of the exterior doors locked and were accessible by anyone and there was what seemed like a homeless person sleeping inside the stairwell when we were coming back in rom the parking lot. Obviously no security at all. I have never stayed at a property this bad in all my travels through Hotels.com Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else for your money."

"Weak floors, possibly water damage. Dirty room. There were roaches and flies in the room. Pulled the sheets back, they were dirty also the mattress topper has sooo many stains on them. I would not recommend this motel. Also un order to stay in a non smoking room you have to have s $40 cash deposit. That was not stated prior to me booking."
