"The first room wasn’t clean. There were bodily fluids in the bathroom, and on the wall. We were relocated to another room. After using the onsite laundry facility the washer wasn’t working correctly and soaked our clothing. All I could do was hang dry them. The manager offered a dry cleaning service on the house. The dry cleaners lost our clothes. The clothes that were dry cleaned were located at another hotel. A pair of $130 pants for work are still missing. Not a dime of our stay was refunded. "

"The staff was very friendly, the hotel was immaculate, the room was a good size, but I don’t like that the toilet area is separate from the shower area. I also love that you can walk from the hotel to Carowinds but it would be nice if they had a shuttle because after walking the park all day it would have been nice! "

"The first room was dirty, the tub was not clean, the water in sink did not go down, abd there was stains on the pillow, we were moved to another room, which wasn't any better but we made the best of it my using lysol, lysol wipes to clean the bathroom and the room itself. I will NOT be staying at this property in the near future. "

"My length of stay , 2 days. The scent of the property had a fresh and clean smell which I really appreciate. Connecting my electric devices to Wi-Fi was a smooth transition. The room was okay, the shower walls and shelves had left over hair, Im a believer of cleaning the bathroom on any hotel visits. The room phone didn't work which was a disappointment because I wanted to turn off my phone since my stay was for education purposes. I walk down to the front desk( I did attempt to call the hotel from my cellphone but no one picked up)and put in a maintenance request but it was after 5pm and I had to wait until the next day. Next day room phone was still out of service. My husband was at the room while I was in class and requested for maintenance and clean towels. On my return from class 12 noon , I requested for maintenance again and towels. We waited, no maintenance. We had to take a few trips to the front desk, and our room was not close, we were on the 3rd floor on the opposite end of the hotel where the exit stairs is located a distance from the only elevator location to get downstairs. The back and forth walking was a bit much. The breakfast is not worth the wake up to eat. "
