Wir hatten zwei Doppelzimmer gebucht, es lag aber nur die Reservierung für ein Doppelzimmer vor. Da ein zweites Doppelzimmer nicht mehr frei war, bekamen wir für die dritte Person ein sehr kleines Einzelzimmer und als Ausgleich zwei Flaschen Wein. Das Doppelzimmer war recht komfortabel.

Wir (zwei Erwachsene, zwei Kinder) hatten ein Familienzimmer gebucht. In Wahrheit war es eine große Wohnung mit zwei Zimmern, Bad und Küche. Alles war sauber und in einigermaßen gutem Zustand. Auch das Personal war freundlich, wenn es denn da war. Wir reisten relativ spät an (21 Uhr) und die Rezeption hatte schon geschlossen. Glücklicherweise hatten wir vorher angerufen und wussten, dass in der Küche noch jemand war. Der freundliche junge Mann gab uns auch einen Schlüssel, wusste aber nicht, wie wir in das Haus in dem das Zimmer liegt, kamen. Der Schlüssel passte aber nicht. Gott sei Dank war er noch nicht gefahren und konnte noch jemanden anrufen, der sich auskannte. Im Zimmer angekommen war alles OK bis zum nächsten Morgen. Im Raum waren es 19 Grad und es gab kein Warmwasser. Die Rezeption war nicht geöffnet, aber wir fanden jemanden, der die Zimmer sauber machte. Die freundliche Dame versprach sich zu kümmern und tatsächlich funktionierte, als wir abends wieder in das Zimmer kamen, Heizung und Warmwasser wieder. Wir hatten ehrlicherweise nicht moniert, dass einige Steckdosen im größeren Raum und die Fernbedienung des Fernsehers nicht funktionierten. Am Tag danach reisten wir ab, aber wieder war die Rezeption geschlossen. Also ließen wir den Schlüssel auf dem Küchentisch liegen und reisten ab. Frühstück wird vom Hotel nicht angeboten, das war uns von der Beschreibung hier nicht klar. Es gibt wenige Meter weiter eine Bäckerei in der man frühstücken kann.

Freundliches Personal (das wir aber nur beim CheckIn gesehen haben). Fenster zur Straße, die stark befahren und auch nachts sehr laut ist. Zimmer an sich sauber, aber Flecken an der Bettumrandung, an den Wänden und Fliesenfugen. Im Bad kaum Wasserdruck in der Dusche, sowie ein kaputter Deckel im Abfluss.

10/10 super friendly staff....stayed for 1 night 2 adults and 2 teenagers in a suite, 2 rooms (massive) TV in each room even the bathroom....very clean modern and tastefully decorated ....parking at back of hotel, town centre just across from the hotel, breakfast fantastic all you could want from a continental breakfast, have to add that the breakfast room was lovely everything was set up with care food fresh and plenty of choices .....highly recommended could not find fault one of the very best we had the pleasure to stay at.
