"Wow! An amazing experience at a beautiful property, with outstanding service. We stayed for 2 nights at the end of our travels in NZ, and this was truly the highlight of our trip. The setting is stunning, the food is outstanding, and the room is beautiful. But the staff are what make the place really special. Over the years, we have stayed in excellent hotels around the world, and this one ranks among the best. Exclusive, exquisite, and refined. Highly recommended."

"Stunning !! Such an amazing place to stay !! Beautiful buildings , winery and cheesery only a short walk away from your villa accommodation. Breakfasts are delicious. Staff were amazing, and of course amazing wine !!

"Pulling up to this estate feels like you are in a movie! The building and rooms are so gorgeous and well maintained, we felt like royalty! Especially the breakfast, it was incredible and the best included breakfast of any hotel I have been to! "

"The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The fridge broke on day two and our food was spoiled but fridge was replaced. The TV remote controls did not work. There was coffee but no milk. Not enough hangers for clothes enough for a week’s stay. The room did not have lake views as we requested on booking."

"Arrowtown house boutique accommodation says it all, from the moment we stepped into our warm, cosy well equipped room we were in utter comfort. So many lovely touches that were included such as local wine, choc coated coffee beans, homemade brownies & nectarine cake available for afternoon tea.
The bathroom was heated and well equipped with large bottles of soaps, shamppos lotions. Earplugs and eye masks for sound sleep.
The breakfast which was served in a beautiful breakfast room again was warm...
