After a comedy show, we got to the hotel hoping to get some food and drink but the bar was packed with long lines and one bartender who kept his cool but was obvo very stressed! We ordered some simple food which took a long time and was not great. Things were just chaos basically. Hotel in general was good but I'd advise you to eat and drink elsewhere. "

"Our room was on a floor with a youth hockey team. The young boys ran through the hallways, yelling and screaming, and banged on our door well past 10 pm. We called security twice but they were not able to stop the kids.The hotel allegedly could not move us to another floor despite the fact when we checked in the staff joked with the couple ahead of us saying "Let's make sure you're on a higher floor because there are hockey teams on the lower ones." The same staff member checked us in and did not do that for us. We were unable to get a refund or voucher for another stay because we booked through Expedia.and not the hotel. I will never use Expedia again. "
