"Location is great, Staff was awesome, Room was clean. ONLY ONE WORKING ELEVATOR. According to staff it keeps breaking down. We were in town for a concert and that made for a rough time only having one working elevator, also made you feel uneasy in the parking garage just waiting for that one elevator. Everything else great! One elevator working Not so great! "

"Four purpose the room was fine, we only stayed a night, the beds were okay, room was clean but could use updates. I did however find hair on the bathroom wall."

"Clean rooms, comfy beds, super friendly staff (front desk and breakfast) who actually talk to you and ask how you’re doing, good selection of breakfast (hot food, waffles, other baked goods, cereal, fruit, yogurt, juice), plenty of parking, there’s a convenient back door with badge access that’s right by the elevator, and easy check-in and check-out that you can complete online. Most importantly, this place is at an affordable cost. I usually visit Charlotte once or twice a year for concerts. This will definitely be my new go-to hotel"
