"This was only a single night stay enroute to another destination. We have stayed here before and decided to stay again. Great staff, good breakfast, great facilities in an historic and charming setting. We will return and stay longer next time."

"The room was somewhat clean. They asked for a cash deposit and were reluctant to put deposit on credit card. They also aggressively attempted to charge for a service animal and collect a non refundable 100 dollar fee for the service animal. When that failed, they asked for a service dog license with a picture ID for the service dog. On the positive they did have shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer."

"We were told upon arrival that we could not test in the room we booked due to a water leak and mold. Moved to another room that also had mold. Decided to cancel the stay after seeing this. Reached out to oyo as well as Expedia. Expedia was helpful on reaching out to staff about the cancellation policy and a refund. I was told they waived the cancellation and would issue a refund since we provided proof of mold. Nothing has since been processed and I am unable to contact anyone."

"We had a wonderful experience at this property. A lovely older home with loads of charm. Located in the town’s historic district, it was easy to walk to a local restaurant for dinner. The owner provided clear and easy to understand instructions. It had everything we needed and would happily stay here again."
