"We stayed at this hotel on June 29, 2026, and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and the room was comfortable. The staff were friendly and made check-in and check-out easy. We also really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. There was a good variety of options, and everything was fresh and well stocked. It was a great way to start the day. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily stay here again. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others."

We're more than happy we picked here to visit The place was extremely quiet and very nice, plus we had almost free reign to get a sea view and watch the Canada day fireworks The hosts were super accomodating and looked after us well And the incded breakfast was excellent. "We booked three rooms at this hotel for our family stay on June 26, 2026, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. Everyone in our family gave me a hard time for choosing this hotel because it did not meet even our basic expectations. One of the biggest issues was the bathroom design. "In future it wouldn't be my first choice for accommodation due to the busy area and difficulty parking. I have a handicap, and no suitable parking was available, and had to park some distance from the front."

"I have been dealing with a staff member since we left this location on June 6. They continue to say and promise me something as it had been “manager approved “ but still nothing. Beware of staying here, as they will say whatever you want to hear to get you to come, but won’t follow through. Worst IHG location I have ever had to deal with, which is sad. Staff has been not easy to deal with in person and on the phone."

"Fixtures are showing wear. USB ports don’t work. TVs need to be upgraded to streaming services . Definitely not living up to the standards we expect from sandman signature. We have been staying there since it first opened and won’t be in the future until upgrades are implemented."

"I had a very disappointing stay. The room was not clean at all. There were spiders in the room and the housekeeping did not clean properly even after multiple requests. The bed sheets had stains and the floor was dusty. Definitely not worth the price. I do not recommend this place."
