"They didn't have a room for us when we arrived because they missed the Expedia booking. (It was there) They resolved this by upgrading us to a suite in the building next door but wanted to split the charge on the $40/night upgrade. "Room was very clean, pool was clean. Towels and bathroom very well equipped. Beds were very comfortable- lots of pillows! Continental breakfast was very good and staff was cleaning all the time. Nice place to stay !!!!"

"You need to ask where is the spa and how to access it, and if you come earlier, you need a card to access that is available at the reception desk. You need to ask everything to be able to find where you are going. Otherwise, everything was good and the suite wow and double wow with a nice view of the lake."
