"Really nice room in a very central location. The staff were amazingly helpful & allowed me to not only drop off my bags at 10am so I could go exploring but I also checked in aboit 2 hours early too. The doors are all operated through an app or a code so you can come & go as you please & the bed is comfy & spacious. There's also a lovely big rainfall shower & the cleaning staff are helpful & friendly too. Would highly recommend."

"Very easy access walking from the train station. Very helpful front desk person who helped with bike storage. Comfortable spacious room and clean bathroom. Great value for money. Good location. "

"Apartment exactly as pictured. No one on reception on arrival or at all during our stay, contact available by phone. We arrived early, rooms still being cleaned but advised to return after 3pm.Only information at property was a taxi number. No info regarding the area, maps, how to get to areas of interest. Kitchen facilities but Coffee machine would be useful as for 1 night stay people dont tend to purchase coffee & milk. Have use of private fridge & extra charge to use launndry facilities but...

"Excelente Lugar para una muy buena estancia en Santander España, muy limpio muy buen espacio, el personal siempre al tanto de nosotros , toallas amplias, limpias y SECAS, cerca del hotel hay muchos lugares donde comer, a unos cuantos pasos esta Casa Mariano, muy buen lugar Si vas con silla de Ruedas, pide a Orlando o a Hugo que te den acceso por el garaje para fácil acceso, el elevador esta amplio para la silla de ruedas y tu acompañante. Excelente todo, 5 estrellas."

"Très bon accueil professionnel, courtois et rapide. Chambre propre et conforme à ce qu’on s’attend d’un tel établissement. Toutefois, la chambre située du côté de l’autoroute était un peu bruyante aux heures de grande circulation."
