"As an Expedia platinum client I must say this stay was amazing. Had a bit of an issue upon my arrival but the staff went above and beyond to correct it and make it right. Food was good, room was spacious, and location was great. The best part…felt like I was staying in an art gallery with beautiful displays of art all over the property. A must see for sure!"

"The staff were so friendly and attentive. We stayed three different nights during our 10 days in Rwanda and they remembered us, gave us the room we liked best, did our laundry (for a cost) but kept it for us until we returned. The food was delicious and a varied menu. The shower was hot and had pressure. The air conditioning worked well. We would stay here again"

"I have traveled to dozens of countries and countless hotels , and I will say this, This is easily one of the cleaniest and most comfortable room I have stayed in. My entire Trip to Rwanda had me speechless, amazing country , and the stay at NDARU played a great part. On my second night I was so tired from a safari I wanted to do room service , the front desk manager Godfrey came up knocked on my door and told me about the free show with local songs and dancing they were having in hotel.
