I even sent a request to confirm our booking. We arrived at 5pm. The front desk staff working alone looked confused with my booking. Turned out that they sold our 3bedrooms bungalow to another group. Lucky for us that the resort wasn’t sold out. They offered two single bungalows for us with no apology, refund or a free drink. "

The only reason I’m not giving it five stars is because both nights we stayed, there were other guests that were very loud throughout the night and no one addressed it. We intentionally chose this hotel to be outside of the noise of the city, so it was a bummer to be kept up all night regardless. Also, their food was only ok and there was nothing else close by.
