"All the staff, especially the concierge John, were extremely friendly and helpful. John arranged activities, scooters and coordinated our difficult connecting transportation requirements. The spa was amazing and our room was by far the most beautiful, modern and well appointed of any we've experienced. A spectacular view, extremely comfortable bedding and uncommon conveniences like an in room Nesspresso, auto dimming cove, recessed and under cabinet lighting made it feel very homey....

"Incredibly hospitable. I went to Coto during a very quiet low season and the owners of this hotel could not have been more kind and helpful. Clean and very comfortable rooms, peaceful space, they cooked delicious food, helpful with motorbike rental etc, highly recommended. "
