"When we first got there, the room was clean. Everything was fine. The Jacuzzi was very very dirty Next day we were leaving out to go handle business the room attendant came and we asked her if she was gonna clean the room. She moved on to the next room and rolled her eyes at my mother very rude, very disrespectful We left . When we returned our room was still dirty.we went down talk to staff They made it seem like it was our fault he said it had to be more to the story That's why she didn't clean our room. very unprofessional. The breakfast was great. They just need to work on their staff. The room attendance very rude"

"We never visited here before and we're very pleasantly surprised. The hotel and casino felt very well cared for and clean, parking was easy. The room was well appointed and very affordable. Service was friendly and helpful. The largest selection of modern video slots we've ever seen, including Las Vegas. Highly recommended!"
