"Very friendly reception by owner, Piero. Large comfortable room in private home on semi rural property a few kilometers outside Modica. Amazing breakfasts with local products and home made jams and cakes. Free security parking in front of building. Very nice lounge area with sofa and TV. Piero and Giussi (sp?) were always ready to give help and suggestions for the area."

"Great friendly service."

"A beautiful property that is well maintained. The view from the balcony in our room was incredible and the property gardens and pool are gorgeous. "The rooms are clean and reasonably priced. This is especially a good place to stay if you are catching the ferry to Malta. The ferry is a five minute drive. I would stay there again."
