"Das Personal war nicht sehr freundlich und nicht sehr kompetent und kurz gebunden bei Fragen. Leider gab es nur Frühstück zum kaufen. Auch Wasser gab es leider nicht for free. Gerade bei diesen Temperaturen ist das nicht sehr serviceorientiert. Nochmal würden wir das Hotel nicht buchen."

"Good place to star for short time"

"Stayed at the Amsterdam Hotel for two nights to attend a friends engagement party. Our room was very clean and orderly. Patricio who works at the front desk warmly greeted us and explained all of the hotel amenities and also made really good recommendations about the best places to go for dinner. Overall our stay was great and I would not hesitate coming back here again in future."

"I have to shout out Michelle! She is absolutely amazing! She helped me out so much after a horrible experience at another “hotel” that lacked competency. She allowed an early check in and just have a great experience to end the trip with. The staff was kind and friendly. I’m very pleased with this stay. Highly recommend!"
