"Best Western is our go to on our yearly Mystic trip. This trip was no other. The lobby was big and beautiful and had coffee and tea 24/7. The coffee is so good. The manager was there to greet us and check us in. He’s been there for years even prior becoming Best Western and he has always provided great service. Very kind and accommodating. Our room was clean and spacious. The first night, the towel rack fell off but no big deal to us. I told the manager the next morning and in the afternoon he sent in his assistant manager and got it fixed. He was also very kind! Breakfast was great but do come early. Selection of yogurt bagel eggs sausage oatmeal. All very good. Coffee was available at all times. Pool looked great but didn’t go in. Overall, will be back as usual. Manager and assistant manager have always made it great and provided great service. The housekeepers also do a great job!"

"Our upgraded room was very spacious but some doors don't close and others don't stay open. We ran out of tissues in both bathrooms with no back up boxes. It was expensive but overall, we really enjoyed it, especially the grandkids!"
