"The lady who assisted us at the front desk was very kind. The room was clean, the bathroom was in pretty good condition, and the bathtub looked brand new. The gym was very small but functional.
However, one thing that was not acceptable was the breakfast area. The floor was extremely sticky. Some guests had spilled juice or water on the floor, which is understandable, but the employee responsible for the area was cleaning as if she were upset. She poured water onto the floor, leaving it flooded, and never put up a wet floor caution sign.
I took it upon myself to place the caution sign so that people would be careful, especially because my husband was using crutches and they were slipping on the wet floor, putting him at risk of falling.
The employee continued mopping the floor in a very unpleasant manner. Then, the breakfast area was closed without any explanation. She did not apologize or say anything at all. Her facial expression and attitude were far from friendly or welcoming.
Overall, the front desk service was pleasant, and the room was satisfactory, but the employee’s attitude and the unsafe conditions in the breakfast area were very disappointing."
