Hotel Red Roof Inn di Coastal Virginia

"The room had a smell of mildew coming from the bathroom. There was a nice size whole in the wall, and the shower curtain was not clean. The sink in the bathroom was chip in several places. That room need to be remodel and there is water from the ice machine on the floor which can cause a bad accident. The pool is not open, and it look a mess in the back where the pool is. The towels in the room some was not clean. The staff was polite"

"The staff was great, nice and friendly. The room had some bugs moving on the floor, and the walls by the sink needed to be cleaned. I found a clear cover of a razor blade on the tub sill, and it looked like mold in the higher areas of the tub."

"The staff was amazing professional welcoming and sweet. However the property was ran down. We literally had to go buy cleaning products to reclean our room. It was dusty the tub was peeling. It just looked ran down. Neighborhood was very sketchy. A lot of sketchy activities going on. Again staff was nice i would never stay here again."

"Worse hotel Iv ever stayed in . Broken ac ,dirty bathrooms ,outdated rooms ,bloody sheets ,3 room moves, a very unprofessional management team spend your money else where this place is a joke. I was very reasonable and respectful never caused an issue the owner is very disgusting hangs up the phone on customers and corporate doesn’t give a solution just very stand offish even lied and said I was still at the hotel when I checked out 8 hours after I arrived . do better ."
