"Patriots place has always been my go to when visiting the area.
However, this last time was not so comfortable.
I was asked to attend an event for an hour and a half that turned into a very uncomfortable experience more than 2 hrs with non understanding staff.
When I wanted to leave, I felt trapped and very uncomfortable.
I voiced these concerns to 2 staff members in the property office, mind you, the same 2 staff that repeatedly communicated to me to attend this event.
