The hotel itself has a dated 1990s style, and the walls bore holes from previous furniture installations. While the room itself was clean, the toilet was old and the chemical smell was unbearable. "The problem isn’t that the hotel is dated, which we expected, it’s the lack of attention to cleanliness and aesthetic touches. The hallway and lobby rugs were stained and not vacuumed. The lobby furniture is sad - would really not require a big investment to make it more appealing and comfortable. The room was relatively clean but it lacked love. It was very bare. The bathroom floor was stained. Overall with a little love, dedication and attention to detail, it could be a cosy place....
